Yes, CQC is available for custom installers. It is sold in two different ways. One is for the Do It Yourself'ers and one is for custom installers. The DIY version is sold via the Automated Outline online store, which you can also purchase various other automation related products you might need for your CQC DIY installation. The DIY version is supported on a best effort basis via our support forum. The custom installer version is sold exclusively through our Integration Partners as part of an overall installation job. CQC installers cannot work with the DIY version, so don't ask them to do so.
