Stop any CQC client programs you are running, and then run the uninstaller from the Charmed Quark part of the start menu. It will stop the CQC service and remove it, remove a few small registry items used by CQC, and remove the start menu items. Once the uninstaller is done, you can remove the CQC directory and all traces of it will be gone from your system. CQC installs no files outside it's own install directory other than the start menu items it creates.
CQC is very safe to install and try out. It doesn't install any files in system directories, or modify or update any system directories. So if you decide not to use it, just remove it and it will have no after affects at all.
