JVC/DLA-RXXXN/ASerial

Description:

This driver controls the JVC DLA-RS1U, DLA-RS1X, and DLA-RS2U projectors.

Quirks and Limitations:

This driver has been tested with the JVC DLA-RS2U. The published protocol for the DLA-RS1U is identical to the tested projector with the exception of not supporting the direct access fields for gamma, input, and test pattern so the driver will certainly work with that model. The DLA-RS1X is a replacement for the DLA-RS1U and no protocol specifications are yet available. For now, the driver assumes that it follows the old DLA-RS1U protocol rather than the expanded DLA-RS2U protocol.

Connection Details

The connection is serial at 19,200, N, 8, 1. A null modem cable is required.
